- Podcast‑ready audio — export, loudness check, ID3 tagging.
Week 3 — Prayer Wall & Groups
- Moderation & safety — approvals, privacy, escalation flow.
- Groups & chats — announcements, reminders, attachments.
- Engagement rhythm — weekly cadence and content ideas.
- Notification strategy — broadcast vs. group‑only.
Week 4 — Launch Playbook & Maintenance
- Pre‑launch checklist — store assets, test users, QR/NFC handouts.
- Sunday rollout — slides, announcement scripts, “how‑to” cards.
- Metrics that matter — installs, opens, giving taps, prayer posts.
- Monthly care — content calendar, backups, quick QA sweep.
Delivery Format
